ipod artist list only "A" anzeigen

I have Ipod 4 and everything works fine with blue me since my G is 2 months old only .THe only problem I have is that when want to change artist is only shown the artists beggining with A letter ..any suggestions please?

There is a problem if you have more than 2000 Songs on your iPod. Since I reduced the songs, all works fine.
